We're beyond thrilled to announce the launch of the Rising Stars Training Programme - created by Permanent Makeup Royalty and the Founder of ID Liner, Tracie Giles.
ID Liner has grown significantly over the last 10 years, and has proudly become the number one training and Permanent Makeup supplies provider for all levels of Permanent Makeup Artists. Naturally, over the years our platform and training offering has developed, and now ID Liner is the home of Permanent Makeup for advanced and experienced Artists, with a new space created for beginners - the Rising Stars Training Programme.
For newcomers, the industry can feel overwhelming and unattainable as it has advanced so much over the last few years. Because of this, we wanted to make sure that there was still a space for total beginners and new entrants into the world of Permanent Makeup, which is why the Tracie Giles Rising Stars Training Programme was born.
What is the Rising Stars Training Programme?
The Rising Stars Training Programme is a 360° training solution developed to guide total beginners and industry newbies through their Permanent Makeup journey to an intermediate-advanced level, combining in-depth fundamental theory and practical training with personalised mentorship by Tracie Giles herself to give students the very best chance of success in their Permanent Makeup career!
It is a space where students can come and thrive in an entry level environment, and can develop and advance through the programme on a variety of different courses, building upon their skills until they achieve all 3 stars that are available to them. Once they have achieved 3 stars and reach a certain level, they are then ready to advance onto the ID Liner platform and join the ID Liner community.

Courses
Beginners Training
There are a number of fundamental beginners training course options to choose from within the Rising Stars Programme including Baby Hyperrealism Brows, Microblading, Lip Blush, Eyeliner and Digital Brows Training. Students will be awarded their first Rising Star on successful completion of a Fundamental Beginners Course.
Intermediate Training
Once students have completed their beginners training, they are ready to elevate their skill set up to the next level! The Rising Stars programme offers a variety of intermediate courses to expand technicians treatment offerings, fill in any gaps in technique and give them an edge in this competitive market. These courses include 3D Areola Tattooing, Scalp Tattooing and the Microblading to Digital Conversion Course, which is suitable for Artists who only offer Microblading and wish to learn Machine Brows.
Advanced Training
All advanced training, such as Masterclasses, still sit under the ID Liner brand, where we continue to focus on advanced techniques for experienced Artists such as the world-renowned Hyperrealism Brows Masterclass with @limitlesspmu.
