The Soft FX Pigment Dilution Solution from Li Pigments can be used to dilute Permanent Makeup & Microblading pigments to adjust the consistency or to reduce colour intensity if you are looking to achieve softer effects.
This dilution solution has been formulated by Li Pigments to work with all Li Pigments.
All Li Pigments will work in perfect harmony with Soft FX Pigment Dilution Solution. It can also be mixed with other pigment brands.
